  • $100 for Photographers
  • $20 for Photo assistants (not shooting)
  • $50 for models
  • $15 for assistants
  • $25 for hair/makeup artists (may charge fee or collect tips)

MODELS: You will receive a MINIMUM of 5 edited images from EVERY photographer that you shoot with on this day for only $50 total! You will also get a shoot with Laura Dark with 3 hi res fully edited images from her. You will have access to tons of wardrobe and accessories from Laura’s studio as well!

Our shoot location will be on Proparazzi’s beautiful 8-acre 1860’s “Serenity Farm” located at 3851 Lancaster-Thornville Rd. in Lancaster, Ohio.
On Proparazzi’s 8 acres you will find a Historic Colonial Revival Farmhouse fulled decorated in authentic antiques and eclectic decor throughout boasting beautiful columns and two usable balconies, several wooded areas, a bridge, stream, stone seating, bonfire circles, 6 foot floral wreath swing, tire swing, wooden rope swing, a huge bank barn with several staged areas including one with a grande piano, elegant outdoor staged areas, multiple additional outbuildings, white picketed gothic area, ivy covered spring house, antique claw foot tubs for milk baths and over 5,000 square feet of antiques and props.

Includes two boudoir rooms with four large windows per room providing natural lighting. One room has a French flair with a gilded chippendale 1920’s antique bedroom suite and the other is perfect for any girl with a highly eclectic Western /Gypsy Spirit! Both rooms have many options for shooting with all of the unique antiques, upholstered items and props GALORE! You also have access to private bathroom & changing/make up areas.

Includes two Parlor rooms, both with natural lighting from 4 windows per room (one with beautiful period fireplace mantle and rich velvet reds, golds & cream antique upholstered furnishings with a GORGEOUS vintage area rug and the music room hosts an antique baby grand piano, vintage instruments, a monstrous French Chippendale armoire and leather Chesterfield sofa again with SCADS of props to incorporate into a fun, memorable shoot! Both are furnished with numerous antique and eclectic items as well! Also includes staircase with private dressing area/bathroom & make up area as well house is stocked with wardrobe, lingerie, footwear, jewelry, variety of accessories & options for bedding.

Proparazzi offers unique and authentic ANTIQUE and VINTAGE architectural elements, furniture, upholstered seating, trunks, tables, chairs, props, and table accessories. Our fabulous, varied, and quickly growing collection not limited to but reflects rustic farm, art decor glamour, European country, and classic Victorian decor.

You will receive an invoice once you send in your intake form. Once it is paid you will receive a few forms we need filled out and sent back in.

PLEASE DO NOT schedule with photographers or models if you have not yet paid the fee for the shoot!
*Then and only then you may start scheduling with specific models/photographers. You may then post a schedule on the event page for others to pair up with. Also,feel free to add an album with examples of your previous work once paid!

Your shoot fee will allow you access to hundreds of props, antiques, staged areas, and gorgeous locations for your photographs to have that extra flair. It will also include a large assortment of wardrobe from Laura Dark Photography. Some of these items and settings/staged areas will be brand new to Proparazzi as of the weekend of this shoot, and created for this event, giving you the first opportunity to create beautiful art with them.

Once we fill the spots allotted, the event will be closed. You may request to be put on the backup list to fill a spot if one becomes empty by sending your full fee and a note through Paypal that you want to be put on the backup list. This will guarantee you a spot if one becomes available, and this fee WILL be refunded if we cannot fulfill a spot for you.

Cancellations after July 24th will not be refunded, but if you find that will not be able to attend and have to cancel after this date.

There will be a rain date scheduled as soon as possible after this date in the event of inclement weather.
