About Laura Dark
Laura Dark is an award-winning, internationally recognized conceptual and portrait photographer with nearly 30 years of experience. A Certified Professional Photographer and Master of Photography through the PPA, she is known for creating striking, imaginative imagery that transforms her clients into works of art.
Her work has earned honors from OneEyeland, BoudoirRule, the Professional Photographers of America, the American Society of Photographers, and the Professional Photographers of Ohio. She was also a runner-up on The Creator Series, hosted by Sal Cincotta.
Based in a 2,600-square-foot boutique studio near Columbus, Ohio, Laura offers a full-service experience including hair, makeup, wardrobe, guided posing, and finished artwork for clients from around the world.

About Robyn Randall
Robyn Randall joined Laura Dark Photography more than ten years ago and has become the backbone of the studio’s daily operations. As Studio Manager, she handles every detail from the moment an inquiry arrives to the moment finished images are safely delivered.
Laura personally trained Robyn in second-shooting, sharpening her eye for dynamic angles, lighting shifts, and the small moments others might miss. She still steps behind the camera when a session calls for it, bringing an intuitive and expressive presence to the set.
Today, Robyn coordinates client communication, scheduling, studio logistics, and on-set rhythm with precision and warmth. Her organization and genuine care allow clients to relax in front of the lens and trust what is happening behind it.

About the Studio
This is where ideas become real sets, fabulous outfits, and photographs you’ll want on your walls.
The studio includes a dedicated salon for hair and makeup, two dressing rooms, multiple permanent and rotating sets, and more than 100 backgrounds. The wardrobe spans sizes 00–6X, with accessories and statement pieces to complete the look.
You do not need modeling experience—or any idea what to do with your hands. From choosing wardrobe to guiding every pose, the team is here to help you feel comfortable asking questions, trying something new, and being yourself.
All body types, gender identities, and sexual orientations are welcome here.
